Machu Pichu Andes Tours made our trip to Machu Pichu an outstanding experience. We had initially booked this tour back in 2019 just before covid restrictions shut down all possibility of traveling. The tour company put our reservation on hold without any additional fee for over 3 years until this year when we were finally able to make it to Peru.

Once we gave them our updated travel itinerary they went to work making sure that all phases of the tour including pick up, train/bus tickets, entrance tickets to Machu Pichu, and a bilingual tour guide were ready and waiting for us. They even accommodated a last minute change to our pick up location since we had to switch hotels.

I was very nervous about making the tour because there were a lot of steps involved in the whole journey from pick up to train ride to bus, however the tour company was readily available via whatsapp to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. They even sent a representative to our hotel the night before so we could pay the remaining balance of our tour and provide us with an extremely detailed explanation of every step of the tour with a map, and to make sure we had digital copies of every ticket we needed for the tour.

The day of the tour went very smoothly because we were so prepared thanks to the tour company’s hard work leading up to it. Once we arrived via train to Machu Pichu we were met with a sign with our name on it by a very nice lady who showed us exactly where to go and to introduce us to our tour guide. My wife and I were very fortunate to be the only two people with this particular tour guide which was a nice added bonus.

Our tour guide was fantastic. He was incredibly informative and knowledgeable. Machu Pichu is an incredible wonder of the world so naturally we wanted to know everything we could about it. Our tour guide was genuinely passionate about telling us about the history and culture of the Inca people and Machu Pichu.

Lindisimo el dia no parecia ayudarnos pero despues despejo las vistas del valle en la temporada de lluvias es lindisima de un verde muy intenso. Lylia una divina me quede con gansas de comprar un tejido en Chincheros y ella fue al otro dia y me lo compro y acerco al hotel. Excelentes guias Pisaq Ollantaytambo lindisimos las artesanas de Chincheros encantadoras

Excelente tour todo muy bien organizado. Nelson nuestro guia nos acompaño y enseño todos los secretos de Machu Pichu que nuestro circuito permitia y algunos mas. Lylia la organizadora una genia siempre pendiente de como estamos y recordandonos los horarios de pick up. Machu Pichu impresionante

I had an amazing experience with Machupicchu Andes Tours and the entire team. From the moment I booked, they were in constant communication and answered every question instantly. The actual hike is truly magical and I would make sure you do at least the 2 days if not more. Only hikers get to see the most magical part at the Sun Gate. I went with my friends and they crushed it. The hike is not difficult if you are prepared. The operating company and the tour are highly recommended, it really is a life-changing experience.

The tour was very good, very good scenery, places. The Tourism Enterprise very attentive and friendly, always at the customer’s disposal.

We booked 6 tours with this Enterprise 4 months in advance. Lylia from minute one was always well prepared to answer and resolve all my doubts, with kindness and professionalism.
All tours were amazing, the Inca road is im-pre-sio-nan-te. We also did South Valley, Sacred Valley, Humantay Lagoon, Rainbow Moñtaña and Maras-Moray. In all we had a wonderful time, the driver, guide and meals were excellent.
We highly recommend them, our stay in Cusco was wonderful!
